Don’t have dental insurance benefits? You can still enjoy affordable dental care. With three specific plans to choose from, we offer a simple Kleer membership plan for every member of the family. For a reasonable rate every month, you get access to essential preventive care, plus one emergency visit, at no extra cost. Additionally, you get an exclusive discount on all other services rendered at our practice. Unlike dental insurance, benefits start immediately with no waiting periods, deductibles, pre-approval, or annual maximums.

Your First Dental Visit
When you first arrive, you’ll be greeted by front office team members, then asked to sit in the waiting room where you can fill out new patient paperwork. One of our assistants will be with you shortly, bringing you to the exam room and helping you make yourself at home. One of our doctors will come in and dedicate time to getting to know your dental needs. After confirming your chief concerns and determining your dental history, we’ll do an exam, discuss findings and/or treatment plans, and schedule you for a consultation if necessary.
New Patient Forms
New patient forms make the entire new patient process easier and more comprehensive. Once you arrive, you’ll be handed these forms and asked to include information that will help the dentists moving forward. This includes your dental history, any medications you are currently taking, and any concerns you’d like to address. To make your check-in process even faster, feel free to download these forms, print them and fill them out before you arrive.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Dental insurance makes paying for dental care far more affordable. We will happily file your dental insurance claims on your behalf to make the process easy. Even when you don’t have dental insurance, that doesn’t mean you should have to miss out on your most important preventive treatments. Alternatively, if you have treatments that are not typically covered by insurance that you need done, CareCredit offers reasonable solutions.
